Project: Process and formulation technology for artificial diets used in the production of beneficial insects

In the development of cost efficient diets for insects reared for biological control of agricultural pests, the key problems are related to the formulation, presentation and conservation of the diets. The current project aims at implementing process technology innovations developed in the field of human food science in the mass production of beneficial insects.
