Project: A phospho-proteome analysis at the host-Respiratory syncytial virus interphase

01-OCT-11 – 30-SEP-13

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the most important cause of severe respiratory illness in infants. There is no vaccine available and the only therapeutic drug is a humanized monoclonal antibody. The aim is to discover host cell kinase-dependent signaling pathways that are activated and exploited by RSV, which could be interesting for the development of novel drugs.
