Abstract
The objective of this project is to analyze the impact of customer/company interaction on subsequent purchasing behavior using the following techniques: text mining (for data preparation), classification and survival analysis. Both descriptive and predictive performance will be compared. The intended contributions are at the methdological and empirical level.
