- project duration
- 01-OCT-11 – 30-SEP-13
- The project examines the accomodation of indifenous law within Ecuador's legal framework and international human rights law, focusing on pre-trial detention rights, due process of law, and traditional punishments, as well as clashes of jurisdiction between indigenous and national authorities.
