Project: UPLC-MS for phytohormone and B-vitamin analyses.
2020-12-01 – 2022-11-30
- Abstract
Plants synthesize a plethora of endogenous molecules, including phytohormones and vitamins, pivotal in steering metabolic, physiological and developmental processes. To gain insight into these processes, fundamental knowledge of the genes, proteins, and their associated metabolites is indispensable. A UPLC-MS system allows quantitative determination of ethylene- and B-vitamin related compounds and ensures efficient throughput of large numbers of samples.
