Abstract

This project is part of the development of structural 1 alpha,25-(OH)2-vitamin-D3-analogues in which the classical calcemic activity is no longer active, but the cellular differentiating property is still present. In this project we want to synthesize and to investigate the biological activity of 1 alpha,25-(OH)2-vitamin D3-analogues in which the natural CD-hydrindane system is replaced by a spirocyclic CF-ringsystem.
