Project: Process optimization of fluidized bed systems in the food industry using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling.

Using CFD in this project, a model will be developed to simulate the thermodynamic coating and agglomeration processes of food products that take place in fluidized bed systems. By means of this model, these processes will be optimized with respect to energy and coating efficiency, while the product quality should be maintained or improved.
