Project: Investigation of Moufang polygons. The classification problem of finite flagtransitive generalized polygons.
- project duration

- A generalized polygon is a bipartite graph whose girth is twice its diameter. These structures are often closely related to groups, the building bricks of maths. The gool is to give a general algebraic description for some classes of gen'd polygons, and to investigate further properties, characterizations and classifications, using these algebraic structures.
