Project: Modelling the evolution of the total quality during storage of minimally processed vegetables and fruits packed in consumer packages.

The project aims the development of predictive models that are able to describe the evolution of the total quality of minimally processed fruits and vegetables packaged in consumer packages as a function of internal and external factors. In this concept, the quality perception of the consumer will be linked with objective quality parameters to enable the optimisation of processes.
