Project: Problem behavior, psychiatric disorders and substance abuse as basic assumption for insertion in institutions for incarcerated adolescents

Abstract

This project examines the relation between, on the one hand, problem behaviour, psychiatric disorders and substance abuse and, on the other hand, the inducement to put a minor in an institution for incarceratad adoslescents (delinquency, educational problems, juvenile asylum-seekers, …). The results will enable us to identify the adolescents who are wrongfully placed in these institutions given their original purpose.
