Project: Integrated strategy for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of residues of antibiotics in foodstuffs of animal origin.

The aim of the project is to evidence the feasability of an integrated screening, confirmation and quantification strategy for the detection of residues of growth-inhibiting substances in foodstuffs of animal origin. Techniques as immunoassays, GC-MS and LC-MS will be used.
