Project: Column-switching HPLC employing restricted-access phases, with and without labeling, in the method optimisation for estimating quality and enantiomeric purity of various drugs, as such and in complex matrices.

2001-12-01 – 2002-11-30

Abstract

In HPLC analysis evaluation of peak purity is highly important. Diverse components elute with the same retention time: information on spectral peak univormity is necessary. There is a need for fast on-line methods for non-purified samples. Control of peak identity and purity is essential: by-peaks frequently occur. Are envisaged: analytical drug derivatisation, use of 'restricted-access' materials, method validation, enantiomeric separations.
