Abstract

During the past ten years drastical changes in macro socio-economic context of working have taken place. What is the evolution in the meaning of working of the Flemish labour force that accompanies these changes in context? Is the meaning of workingnow determined by an other relationship between personal antecedents and concrete work situations than ten years ago?
