abstract
With this project we intend to apply the patch-clamp technique in the cell-attached mode on isolated myocytes in order to further characterize the elctrogenic properties of the surface membrane. Attention will be focused on arrhythmogenic and antiarrhythmogenic properties of local anesthetics. The cause of early occuring cardiac arrhythmia in condition of cardiac ischaemia is to be investigated.
