Project: Determination of trace elements in feedstuffs through HPLC and their bioavailability in an in vitro model.

A parallel analysis (by HPLC methods) of the concentrations of the main trace elements and inositol phosphates creates a basis for investigations on the bioavailabiligy of these trace elements. An in vitro model will be developped to determine this bioavailability.
