abstract
The development of immunological methods for the determination of aflatoxins in food and feed enables a simple and fast routine controle of potential causes of aflatoxin contamination. By the development of immunoaffinity chromatography for the selective clean-up of urine samples and in combination with the enzyme-immunoassays a direct evaluation of the risk of the consumer is possible.
