Project: Entrance in the profession and psychological well-being of graduates of the teacher training institutes

- Based on three work psychological theories and a hypothetical educational model, this study tries to explain the entrance in the teaching profession and the psychological well-being of teacher education graduates. A three-wave survey-study will be conducted among graduates (N = 6000). The survey results will be validated and studied in depth by in-depth-interviews with respondents who report high versus low teaching commitment.
