Hanne is a third-year doctoral researcher in Bioinformatics at Ghent University (Belgium), in the Lab for Computational Biology, Integromics and Gene Regulation (CBIGR). She has a strong background in biomedical sciences and is passionate about the intersection between bioinformatics and human biology. She has expertise in analyzing bulk and single-cell next-generation sequencing data and is particularly interested in gene regulation and epigenetics.
