- Foad Ghadimi is a Phd researcher in Business Economics at the department of Business Informatics and Operations Management, Ghent University, Belgium. His main research interests are supply chain management, operations management and operations research. His doctoral research focuses on how to set safety stocks and production capacity in capacitated supply chains with load dependent lead times. In addition to his research, Foad is a teaching assistance for the courses of supply chain management and advanced production planning. Prior to joining the Phd program, Foad undertook his bachelor and master degrees in industrial engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Iran. He also has some work experience as business analyst and market research analyst.
