- Sharon Guaman-Quintanilla received her B.Sc. in Commercial Engineering at Escuela Superior Politecnica del Litoral (ESPOL). Then, she obtained a MBA degree at ESPOL. In 2022, she obtained the degree Doctor of Business Economics and of Educational Sciences at Ghent University. She has been lecturer at ESPOL since 2015; and since 2018 she serves as academic coordinator at ESPOL’s Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, i3lab. Sharon’s main academic interests are Design Thinking in Higher Education, Innovation, Entrepreneurial Mindset Learning (EML).
