- Biography: Mohamed Abdelrahim completed his BSc degree in 2014 at Faculty of Science, Zagazig University (Egypt). He was appointed as a teaching assistant and researcher in the Chemistry Department at Zagazig University in 2015. He obtained his MSc degree in 2019 at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIAT-UCAS). His master thesis focused on the oxidative degradation of thermosets based on thioketal cleavable linkages in aqueous environment. Now, he was granted BOF scholarship at University of Ghent (Ugent) to start his PhD in 2022. His research project focus on synthesis of mechanical interlocked sliding hydrogel based on host-guest interaction.
